Litchfield writer Andy Thibault is out with
another book, a history, "The Connecticut State Police," the
oldest state police agency in the nation.
Many troopers and officials contributed articles
for the book, which chronicles the achievements of the state police. It'll
be published by M.T. Publishing in the late spring, with prepublication
orders at $39.95 plus shipping and handling being taken at 812-468-8022 on
via the Internet at www.mtpublishing.com.
In June it will sell for $44.95 plus shipping and handling.
Thibault is still promoting his recent book,
"Law and Justice in Everyday Life," a collection of his columns,
articles and reporting on Connecticut celebrities, crimes and politics. He
also runs the IMPAC/Connecticut State University Young Writers Awards, is
a columnist for the Law Tribune Newspapers and teaches journalism at the
University of Hartford.
